Caring for Your Pewter...

Before first use our pewter should be washed in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. It should be cleaned this way after each subsequent use too.

Tempting though it might be, do not put pewter in the dishwasher to clean it. Dishwasher detergent is too harsh and will badly scratch the pewter.

|
To help maintain pewter’s shine it can be polished occasionally with a proprietary silver polish.
