Shipping and Handling:

The price of all items is exclusive of postage and packing. Unless otherwise specified or agreed in advance.  Please contact us to obtain a price inclusive of post and packing.

All items to UK destinations are sent registered Royal Mail delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by the most appropriate method depending on size and value.

Delivery:

We normally carry a few of each item in stock and so orders can usually be dispatched within 5 working days of the payment being cleared.  Larger quantities may need to be made to order and if this is the case the delivery time will be longer.  We will advise you of the delivery time when you place an order.

Returns:

Please check your order upon receipt and in the event of defect or error please contact us within 5 working days. We will then arrange for the return and replacement of the items.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
